This course presents the concepts, principles, and protocols of the COML duties intended to familiarize the student with the process mechanics of communications support activities in an incident. Course topics include gathering information, organizing the communications unit, designing communications systems, installing, maintaining, and assigning equipment, internal and external coordination, and demobilization.
