• Syllabus: Incident Command System courses are instructed in accordance with FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) doctrine. All of our instructors are certified and have real and relevant experience for the corresponding audience.

• Certification for Instructors: These courses are given to candidates for instructor and are generally administered in one day, assuming that the candidates have already taken the whole course.

Courses for Crisis Management Teams

• Audience: All personnel involved in the management and support of business continuity and upkeep of a company's revenue potential, generally called Business Support Team, which is activated based on the risks posed by an incident to the Business Unit.

• Syllabus: These courses are based on the NFPA 1600 standard, which is the standard for Crisis Management and Business Continuity. Our instructors are certified and have real and relevant experience for the corresponding audience.

Courses for Business Unit Support Teams

• Audience: All personnel involved in crisis and emergency operations, homeland security responsibilities, law-enforcement, medical assistance, and whatever other operational field focused on safety, human life preservation, and critical infrastructure.

• Audience: All corporate personnel involved in the management and support of a company's strategic sustainability, generally called Crisis Management Team, which is activated based on the risks posed by an incident to the Company.

• Syllabus: These courses are tailored based on the client's needs and its industry. Our instructors are certified and have real and relevant experience for the corresponding audience.

• Audience: All personnel involved in emergency, planning, or response operations as well as recovery efforts for planned events or emergencies with position-specific assignments.

• Certification for Instructors: In some cases, these courses can be given to candidates who want to be instructors. Generally, an instructor certification can be given, assuming that the candidates have already taken the whole course. Ask us for more information about this option.
